Time Build Advanced Simulation and Flight Training Center will utilize the flight simulator for customer checkouts and pre-training for pilots wanting a King Air A/B90 check- out or to build time in the King Air A/B90. The simulators will also be used in our sister company SimCheck’s "Real World Flight Crew Training" initial and recurrent training for the Beechcraft 90,100 and 200 aircraft. It will also be used in the SimCheck’s 250 hour "Real World Flight Crew Training" professional pilot curriculum and the airline's first officer turbine transition course. The simulator will provide all Time Build customers with Advanced Airline LOFT (Line Oriented Flight Training) operations, with emphasis on CRM (Cockpit Resource Management) and emergency scenarios experience.

The most frequent question concerning our simulation program is, "Why is Time Build simulators not full motion?" First of all, the learning curve and retention level in a simulator is about 93%, compared to 17% retention level in an airplane. This is the reason that the airlines and corporate operators rely on simulators so much. Secondly, our simulators are six-window, day/night, flight tested, Flight Training Devices (FTD) and Advanced Aviation Training Devices (AATD). Time Build does not believe that raising the cost of our program to cover the additional cost for motion is worth getting simulator credit for just four maneuvers: stalls, steep turns, ground handling, and take-offs and landings. It is less expensive to do these maneuvers in our King Air A/B-90s. We pass these savings on to the pilots and students.

At Time Build we want our customers to get the best training at the best price to secure their future.

The Simulator/FTD is a Beechcraft King Air 200 to be used for training that will fit a number of customer’s configurations of their King Airs and capable of doing everything on the checklist included all system checks.

Our program offers an innovative approach to flight crew training -- “Real World Flight Crew Training”. This unique program is a complete system resulting in practical experience and proven teaming. It is designed to produce the highest quality flight crews for the corporate and airline industry. One of the most significant aspects of the program is our comprehensive emphasis on corporate airline operations. Our comprehensive emphasis in Air Crew Operation is unlike any traditional flight training program. Time Build Inc seeks to create experienced flight crew members who function effectively and are thoroughly equipped for the challenges, and who are sought for employment with corporate flight departments and scheduled airlines.

All flights are dispatched using actual calls and flight numbers. All flights have pre-planned routes and destinations. Airline procedures are included from flight log paperwork to calling

Time Build Inc uses current, active or retired airline and corporate instructor pilots to provide ground, flight and simulator training. Flight training in Beechcraft King Air A90 turboprop is provided by airline or corporate flight instructors—pilots current in the aircraft.

It should be emphasized that the strength of the Time Build Inc “Real World Flight Crew Training” program exists in the focus on airline and corporate operations. Guided learning and experienced airline instructors are the key to the program’s success. Time Build training is intended to go beyond just building flight hours. We train pilots for a job as a corporate pilot or airline flight crewmember. This distinction is the Time build philosophy from the beginning to completion.
