Pilots will not have to register with TSA or FAA.

All Time building Inc. flights with foreign pilots will be flown with a US licensed safety pilot.

For all of the training international students should consult with TSA and FAA links below.
** International Students: will require training must be registered with the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) AND the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). Simcheck training Inc. does not issue M1 visas
*** All American Pilots must now present a valid passport or birth certificate upon arrival. Any additional information needed can be found at the TSA website.

FAA Application Requirement
A person who is applying for a U.S. pilot certificate/rating on the basis of a foreign license now must submit a request of Verification of Authenticity of his/her license to the FAA’s Airmen Certification Branch (AFS-760).
Once the Airmen’s Certification ranch has verified the authenticity and the validity of the person’s foreign pilot license and medical license with the foreign civil aviation authority, a verification of authenticity letter will be issued to the designated Flight Standard District Office and a copy sent to the applicant.

This process takes usually two to three weeks.

All instructions concerning this pre-application may be found on the FAA’s web site at http://www.faa.gov/licenses_certificates/airmen_certification/foreign_license_verification.

Additionally, holders of CAA licenses issued by the United Kingdom need to submit an additional form to the CAA. You can download the required form from their website.
